Location, good parking, a bright, modern, clean hotel. Nothing pretentious, but good service, spacious room, excellent bathroom (except shower head was blocked) attentive staff, good breakfast, good value.
Main shower head was blocked with “calc”
Aircon was centrally controlled (not controlled in each room)

It is good value, very clean with everything you need for a short stay. There were beautiful real plants and fresh floral arrangements in the bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and nice.
More teabags and milk in the room would be good.
