We renovate with your comfort in mind and hope the Brookwood Bungalow is a haven during your travels here. Guests have access to the whole house. You will have a Key code to come and go as you please. Should you have any questions or concerns, I am readily available by Airbnb messenger and have a team of qualified professionals for any problems should one arise. The Brookwood Bungalow is located off highway 321 on a side street close to downtown Gastonia in the historic district of Brookwood. This makes traveling convenient for our guests! Older homes surround the area - some recently renovated and some well loved. Car transport is the normal mode of transportation. Gastonia is a short drive to the Charlotte airport and Ubers are close by as well. Recently renovated - enjoy the new mattresses, appliances, furniture and washer and dryer for your convenience! We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow! The Christmas tree was such a nice holiday touch in the living room. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy, and there was great flow throughout the home. It was the perfect spot for our mother/daughter getaway to see the lights at Christmastown and explore all the small towns in the area. Would definitely recommend and book again. Thank you for such a warm inviting home to stay in.

Overall, the home was great! It was cute, clean and the listing was quite accurate. Only downfall was (and this is partially our fault), the home looked a little bigger in the listing than it was when we arrived. My husband is a 6'4", 280lb body builder. So the small bedrooms were tough. And apparently we overlooked the queen size bed listing. Like I said, our fault. The beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable, but hey! Everyone has a different opinion of comfort. Overall, the home was great. The location was nice and close to everything. The home was kept very clean, it was very cute & decorated nicely, and the neighborhood was nice & quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

This property met all our needs. Comfortable, clean, quiet and farmhouse decor. Perfect weekend getaway. The weather kept us from discovering historic Gastonia but would highly recommend the Brookwood Bungalow.

We visited here for a week from Ontario Canada for our grandsons graduation from Combine Academy in Lincolnton. The house was perfect very clean and accommodating and spacious. Close to shopping and golf courses. We will definitely stay again if in the area in the future.

This darling little house was perfect for our trip! It is clean, simplistic design, modern, well equipped and perfectly located! I was surprised how secluded it was being so close to everything. Very quiet, very little traffic yet close to everything! Not only was the house perfect but the owner was so incredibly fast to respond to any inquiry I had! We will definitely be returning!!!

We drove about 2.5 hours into town for a trail race at Crowders Mtn. My parents flew into CLT to babysit. It was in the perfect location for all of us: ~15 mins to Crowders and ~20 from the airport. Checkin was easy and the house was quiet, clean, and cozy. There was enough room for all of us (4 adults and 2 little ones). I super appreciated the children’s dishes! I have a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old. My mom kept raving about how comfortable her bed was and she loved how pretty the home was decorated.

Six adults and joined with a couple of grandkids, who wanted a chance to sleep at Grandma's, while we were in town. This was ten minutes from our daughters house. We mainly slept and showered at the Bungalow. Very convenient for us, it was quiet; we had plenty of space. I would choose the Brookwood Bungalow again.

Everything was perfect. Clean and tidy. Neutral colors and perfect. I would change nothing. I wish every vrbo would be hosted by these owners. I can not say how much I appreciate a great price. Easy access. Nice seating. Perfect couch. Perfect beds. Beautiful bathrooms. No clutter. Not over crowded with stuff. Minimal but perfectly decorated. Just the best place and the price was perfect. I want these people to be my family.

Place was perfect for my family. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Location was great and We enjoyed our long weekend together. Celebrated my daughters wedding just up the road at Circle M Farm. Weather couldn’t have been more perfect.
