From the living room and the eat-in kitchen you have a beautiful view of the Siebengebirge with Drachenburg Castle and the Drachenfels. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tub. 300 meters from the Rhine and 400 meters to the Nachtigallen valley and Siebengebirge. Federal city of Bonn can be reached by tram line 66 in about 30 minutes.

The flat was lovely! You could see Drachenfels from the balcony and there was loads to do within walking distance. Super kind and helpful host as well.

Super Ferienwohnung, gerne wieder
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Alles war so, wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben war.
Der kleine Balkon mit Blick auf die Drachenburg lädt zum verweilen ein und war unser kleines Highlight.

Schöner Kurzurlaub an Rhein und Siebengebirge
Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen und Problemen ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Bahnhof, Zahnradbahn zum Drachenfels, Fußgängerzone und Rhein fußläufig erreichbar.

Super Ferienwohnung
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Königswinter. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Sie ist sogar groß genug um mit den Kindern verstecken zu spielen. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolles und erlebnisreiches Silvester
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ins nahegelegene Siebengebirge perfekt, und auch der Rhein lädt zum Schlendern und Verweilen ein. Die Dusche war besonders toll! Insgesamt sehr gemütlich, die morgendliche Aussicht auf Hühner und Hund hat uns erfreut. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch würden wir uns über Weingläser freuen ;)

Sehr symphatische Gastgeber
Die Wohnung ist gut möbliert und sehr geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Etwas gestört hat uns, dass sich das Bad außerhalb der Wohnung, auf dem Flur befindet. Unser Sohn hat sich deswegen nachts nicht getraut, alleine auf Toilette zu gehen. Das Bad war frisch renoviert, jedoch noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt, was im ersten Moment etwas irritiert. Es hat aber alles einwandfrei funktioniert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Bahnhof und den Lärm des Güterverkehrs empfanden wir nachts als störend. Also Ohropax einpacken :)
Wir kommen allerdings auch vom extrem ruhigen Land und sind vielleicht etwas empfindlich :)
Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen - sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir sind erstmalig in dieser Gruppenzusammenstellung verreist und hatten unterschiedliche Erwartungen an den viertägigen Aufenthalt (3 Pers. familiäre Erwartungen, 1 Erholung). Für alle haben sie sich erfüllt. Die minimalistische aber (durch die in den drei Zimmern befindlichen Antiquitäten und gute Küchenausstattung) wertige Einrichtung hat uns alle zur Ruhe kommen lassen. Die zwei ganzen Tage konnten sehr gut mit Aktivitäten im nahen Umfeld verbracht werden. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir sind mit dem Gefühl "eigentlich könnten wir noch..." gefahren und schließen ein "Wir werden nochmal..." nicht aus. Ganz herzliche Grüße nach Königswinter!

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Auch die wenigen Gehminuten zum Rhein haben uns gefallen.

Schöne Unterkunft, leider noch nicht komplett saniert
Die Wohnung ist schön und auch ausreichend für 6 erwachsene Personen. Leider ist im Inserat nicht angegeben, dass das Bad über das Treppenhaus erreichbar ist. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise gab es auch kein Badezimmertüre und das Bad war längst noch nicht fertig saniert (anders als im inserat beschrieben).

Nette Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung war sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Drachenfelsbahn sowie der Rhein sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert.
Das Einzige was etwas störte war, dass sich an der Badezimmertür kein Schlüssel befand. (Das Badezimmer ist nicht in der Wohnung sondern befindet sich im Treppenhaus). Zwar hält sich dort niemand auf, dennoch hatten unsere Kinder ein unwohles Gefühl.
Ansonsten war alles prima. Würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung anmieten.

Nette Wohnung fussläufig zur Drachenfelsbahn
Sehr netter Vermieter, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liegt wirklich ideal für einen Ausflug zur Drachenburg und zum Drachenfels. Durch Königswinter führt eine Bahnlinie auf der auch Nacht s Güterzüge fahren. Wenn die Fenster zur Straße geschlossen sind, hört man aber do gut wie nichts mehr und kann gut schlafen. Wir waren 4 Tage in der Wohnung.

Herrliche Lage zum Wandern
Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen! Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und der Vermieter, Herr Arnaldi, sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Wanderungen ins Siebengebirge und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man als Selbstversorger im Urlaub braucht.
