This spectacular top floor unit truly is a gem in the development. This spacious premium unit has an impressive 1,170 interior square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The property has vaulted ceilings, a huge lanai & beautiful ocean views. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The sleeping configurations feature a King Sized bed in the Master Lanai Facing Bedroom & a King sized bed in the second Master bedroom on the main level. There are 2 twin beds in the roomy Loft upstairs! Excellent Quality furnishings throughout!
The Living Front Room features a large flat screen TV with a comfortable sofa & arm chairs. Beautiful open layout really highlights the space.
The Bathrooms have both been completely remodeled with new vanity cabinets, new beautiful showers, new countertops! Walk in Shower in one bathroom, and Tub/Shower combination is the 2nd bathroom.
Beautiful Chef’s Kitchen! It has all of the appliances and accessories one could yearn for. Lots of brand-new dishes, glassware, silverware,
cups, you name it! Amazing granite countertops and backsplash!
Unit#9-304 is fully equipped with linens with several extra sets for your convenience.
BEACH READY! Enjoy the equipment provided which includes: boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers of different sizes, swim

The parking space for unit#9-304 is right in front of building 9. Great easy access for people who have difficulty walking long distances. Please keep in mind this is a top floor unit so there are stairs leading up the 3rd floor. There are lots of visitor spaces if needed as well!

Ready to BBQ?! Common area propane BBQ’s & a charcoal BBQ pit are just at the end of the grassy area right in front of the condo.
They are kept up by the complex association. There is also a Pavilion close to the condo buildings for larger get togethers!
Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club has 3 lighted tennis courts, a newly remodeled pool, a clubhouse by the pool and courts which features soft drink machines there as well.
You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! We are a close walk to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing, and a short drive to Magic Sands Beach for playing in the waves and the sand. KTA market is right up the road from us, close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center immediately close by has a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, and other shops.

We enjoyed the choice of spaces in which to relax, including the pool and the spacious deck. The master suite bed was very firm and other beds were more soft. Plenty of extra linens, pillows and fans for guest use were welcome additions. This space was great for a multigenerational family.

The exhaust fan was acting a little funny but they addressed that fast! Next time we will get Air conditioning though. We are not use to the humidity! But the club is awesome and has everything you need and more! Great beach access, tennis, pickleball, pool and more! Highly recommend!!

The condo was HOT! I was expecting to have some tradewinds to help with the heat but that was not the case. The owners have several fans however half of them barely moved any air and were pretty much worthless. This condo, being on the top floor, it needs ac. I have stayed in this complex previously in a condo without ac but there were tradewinds which made it comfortable. The beds in the loft are not for adults over 6 feet, as your feet will hang off the end. As far as the cleanliness, there was some mold in both showers, a partial left over, half eaten sandwich dried up behind the couch which was visible because of the sliding wall behind the couch. There so many roach traps throughout the condo, it was crazy. The furniture needs replaced as you are sitting on wood or steel, like the padding is completely worn out. The cushions on the patio are threadbare with not much padding left on those either. The refrigerator needs replaced as the freezer door did not close completely and the ice maker did not make ice consistently. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The condo was also well stocked with recreational equipment, bath towels, and beach towels, all nice quality. The recreational area for the complex is very well cared for along with the grounds. All in all the stay was good but I would not stay here again unless updates to the refrigerator, furniture, better fans or ac were made.
