Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Excellent location on a quiet road with great views of a lake, but close enough to the old city to reach by foot or a short uber ride. The manager greeted me personally and offered me a discount on dining. The pool was clean with excellent views.

Good views for the hotel, location and staff. The housekeeping team was the best and so is the security team at the gate. Rooms are large with smart tv’s.
There is no sound insulation between rooms. There are three simultaneous loud music performances going on every evening. One on the hotel terrace and two others in the adjacent hotel’s. It was impossible to rest in the evening till late. The guests on the floor were loud ( outside of hotel’s control) banging doors and cackling in drunken stupor at 2 am. But there was no control or sound insulation. Didn’t feel right with 2 daughters. Airtel does not work and wifi is slow enough to not be able to send an email.
The view for our room was construction store.
One key is given between 2 adults. So one cannot be independent. Highly archaic..
