Great value meals. Good breakfast. This hotel is right on the King Charles III England Coast Path which is a real bonus. It is also opposite the ferry to Wallasea Island and has bus stop 50 yards away which gives access to other parts of the KCIIIECP.
I had a twin room with shared bathroom. A board with hooks would have been useful although for me it wasn't an issue really as i just put all my stuff on the other bed.

Location
The room was very small, we didn’t even have a chair to put our clothes on. Not a singles hanger, nothing. The bathroom was shared with other rooms. This was mentioned in the description of the room when we booked, we later realised, but we somehow missed it. We assumed that for the price we paid the room is a normal hotel room, with an en suite. Also, there was no hot water in the shared bathroom. The bedding was clean but the room itself wasn’t.
