Close to beautiful beach which feels private, really different area to usual stays in Nihon. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need.

Usually no children stay here but we didn’t know that. we have children so we didn’t feel very welcome at first - but the host was friendly after a while. Also, the website doesn’t say you have to pay extra for bedding, so be prepared to pay an extra 1000yen per futon for each guest.

Nice little guest house beside the sea. The owner was kind and chatty!

The room is advertised as private but there was some confusion as to whether or not we would be sharing with strangers. You may want to confirm this before reserving

Very friendly host, excellent location to beach, with a quiet neighbourhood. Close to convenience stores and supermarket.

The manager of the facility was exceptional. She offered to show me around Matsuyama with her car, but since I was exhausted by riding all day, I respectfully declined. She cooked me and the other guests a delicious meal that we couldn’t finish because we were too full!

The owner is the nicest host you could ever have and was so accomodating. We arrived a little late in the evening and she had food and snacks prepared and chatted with us about how happy she was that people from all over the world were coming to stay. The futons were very comfortable and the accomodation is right next to a small beach. This hotel would be perfect for families or a small group of friends. (She also has two very friendly dogs at her house next door)!

This is not a negative but the owner doesn’t speak much English so be prepared for a friendly, very Japanese evening.

The location is very good if you come by car from Matsuyama or Onomichi. Access from the main road is easy and fast. The owner live in the house in the back and immediately entertain us upon arrival. She is super nice and gave us welcome food delicious mikan, homemade onigiri and free snacks. There is carport beside the house and you can drop directly your luggage from the car in the house. The seaside is 1mn walk in the back of the house. I wish to come again in summer. The owner told us we can swimm. The house is clean quiet and cozy. We spent a great night. Ideal for family with kids.
