Buenas instalaciones, precio y ubicación
Que el personal de limpieza de cuartos desde temprano hablan por radio o con otro compañero a volumen regular pero se escucha todo y además de azotar puertas de la habitación que asearon y sin tomar en cuenta de que puede haber huéspedes durmiendo, lo demás bien

Muy buena ubicación y de muy fácil acceso al mismo.. las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están confortables, el clima está bien y la conexiona internet muy buena
Que sirvan las máquinas de snacks, ya que no aceptan algunos billetes, solo hay una plancha por piso y el estacionamiento se llena rápido por lo que hay que dejar el auto ahí.

La cercanía del hotel con la Arena Monterrey y Parque Fundidora, ya que eran los lugares que iba a visitar.
La habitación es demasiado pequeña y el baño está distribuido en 3 partes, es incomodo el tener que salir de la regadera y cruzarte al baño o que el lavabo este afuera en el mismo cuarto. El trato del chico de la tarde no fue tan agradable. Durante mi estancia el lugar se quedo sin luz y sin agua y no nos brindaron solución, además que unas personas se quedarón atrapadas en el elevador y justo el recepcionista del turno vespertino no supo como accionar ante ello, los mismos huespedes contactaron a protección civil para que los pudieran sacar.
