Staff so friendly and helpful, food excellent, location wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
Perhaps another couple of umbrellas around the pool, but this is being really picky as we loved everything.

Breakfast was great - service excellent, food choice great and setting wonderful.
As our bedding situation was not ideal, I hope when we come to stay the next time some investment in beds has been done. The staff, however, went to great length to help us out with what they could.

Beautiful hotel in an old sponge factory, just gorgeous styling and comfort. Nice and quiet too but just 2 mins walk down to the harbour area with all of its fab restaurants and bars.
We had a lovely room with our own terrace, loved the whole place!
Wonderful breakfasts too, lots of quality choice and lovely staff.
Could do with more subbed around the pool but appreciate space is limited.
Quite a few flies about at breakfast outside - not sure if fly traps can be used as they are persistent and annoying.

Location was great as was the outdoor pool area.
Bedroom was not well kept. Bathroom update was very poorly done.
