I stay here quite often for buisiness trips. Location is good, near Esaka station. Smallish but comfy room, nice and quiet and plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff are helpful and welcoming and can speak English (as is usual for APA, I find). Good price.
Queue for breakfast (at a nearby cafe) could be a bit long at busy times.

Good value, all you would expect for an APA hotel. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road, and was delicious. Location was quite convenient, near metro station.
Could often be a very long queue for the breakfast - sometimes more than half an hour waiting before being able to get a seat at peak times and weekends. The cafe that provides the breakfast service does not give priority to APA hotel customers with the breakfast reservation, so I needed to wait quite a while on most days of my stay. The food was great, but just good to plan to go at the earliest possible time if you are in a hurry.
Also, no hotel coin laundry. Need to use a coin laundry down the road, which was quite expensive.

Room was quite tiny. And it wasn't clear about cleaning/changing towels/bins etc.
