About this condo rental

Situated in Colle di Val d Elsa, this lovely condo for $314 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Palazzo del Capitano is a large apartment located in Colle di Val d'Elsa, a characteristic town in the Chianti hills in Tuscany. The house is on the top floor of a historic building from the late 1500s, built on a pre-existing medieval tower by Emilio Luci, one of the officials of the Medici family and the Grand Duche of Tuscany. The apartment, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, offers its guests 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and an equipped kitchen. The peculiarity of the Palazzo del Capitano is certainly in its exclusive location: you will have the opportunity to stay in the historic center of one of the most beautiful Villages in Italy, within walking distance of all amenities (Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, etc.) and close to the area's most renowned Art cities, including San Gimignano, Siena, Florence and Volterra. The entrance to the apartment is accessible by climbing 51 steps from the street level. The parking (free) is located under the city walls and about 250 meters from the building. When registering with the owners, access to the historic center is authorized by car to facilitate the unloading of luggage. At your disposal: Wi-Fi internet connection, private loggia with Countryside views, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large areas in the living room and in the well-equipped kitchen, historic village center a few steps from the apartment, free public parking 250 meters away. Distances: Colle di Val d'Elsa (Restaurants, Bars) a few steps from the apartment, Supermarket 1.8 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Volterra 25 km, Siena 25 km, Florence a 50 km, the Tuscan coast (Cecina) 70 km, Arezzo 100 km, Pisa 100 km, Lucca 125 km. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site! ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== 350 m2 Second floor: entrance onto a very large and bright living room (satellite TV) with sofas and unusable fireplace, bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 steps below: large well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, slicer, coffee machine) whit woodburning cookstove and barbecue, bright passage room with access to a panoramic loggia, double bedroom with private bathroom and shower (without window), bathroom with bathtub. Third floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable security deposit in cash.

Very nice stay in Colle di Val d'Elsa. The property is in the old town section at the top of the hill, which is very quiet. Arrival well organised with Francesca. Make sure to park in the correct car park, not the one next to it which is residents only.
