Morgenmad og gym var godt

Personalet talte ikke engelsk. Kun i receptionen talte de engelske. Der var ufattelig mange kinesere uden internationale adfærd. Et hotel med kasino er ikke behageligt for gæster der ikke spiller. Det kinesiske personale var direkte uforskammet

This hotel is not for business travel

The rooms are nice and clean

Not for business travel. No iron and ironing board in the room and when asked, the hotel couldn’t deliver even a one set to the room. Elevator design is poor and the wait of the elevator takes 3-5 minutes when in comparison to other similar level hotels it’s a max of a 1 minute. Breakfast is located inconveniently on 10 floor which creates additional wait for the lift to arrive. They don’t have aircon in the hallway so prepare to sweat while waiting for the lift. Rooms are clean and nice.

Very disappointing stay

Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Quite disappointed with this hotel. Nowhere in the description does it mention that it is actually a casino (one of hundreds in this city). When we arrived, we had to pass through very strict security. Bags all scanned and body pat down on arrival. Met with military typed staff on arrival. When going to check in, the staff member couldn’t find our booking. Most of the staff don’t speak English (majority are Chinese), so hard to communicate with. The entire hotel was filled with Chinese guests who were quite rude and smoke everywhere in the hotel. We didn’t see any other westerners during our stay. The TV didn’t work in our room. Staff came to swap it over, but after half an hour, that one didn’t work either. Pool and beach not easy to access. Need to go outside and around the building to get to it. Pool itself was very nice, but not a lot of chairs or sun lounges around it. Can’t order any food or drinks at the pool area. Didn’t swim in the beach, as it isn’t very clean (hotel has been built next to a sewerage plant). Would not recommend this hotel, unless gambling is your sole focus for being there, as it doesn’t have much else to offer.

A fuir !

La vue sur la mer

A l'arrivée, accueil à l'entrée sécurisée par deux policiers d'opérette figés au garde-à-vous puis, à la réception, par le salut militaire de deux autres. On noud a dit que la riche clientèle chinoise du casino adore... Nous avions choisi l'option la moins chère (100 dollars quand mème !) : un studio équipé d'une kitchenette. En fait, un simple évier sans le moindre matériel de table ni équipement de cuisson. Pas de lavabo (remplacé par l'évier de cuisine). Douche basique sans douchette et eau à peine tiède. TV chinoise avec Youtube comme unique chaîne. Couloir d'accès très sombre (pas d'éclaiage). On peut espérer que les autres options offrent des chambres plus confortables mais nous n'y retournerons pas pour vérifier.

Relaxing, nice hotel and beach

very nice relaxing, nice view, roomy balcony, very comfortable room, and good staff

Two major items: 1. Other clientele, mainland Chinese, disregard “No Smoking” sign, they smoke everywhere in the elevators and in the restaurants. This is so obnoxious and offensive to others. 2. The hotel is still undergoing some upgrades, there is currently no easy access to the beach, you need to get out then walk to the back of the hotel or take several detours consisting of multiple elevator rides

Bad not recommended

Customer service is bad. booked 3 rooms for our family to stay close together, but they check us in three separate rooms that not close together. When we ask for closer room, they will charge unreasonable price. My kid got bleeding nose while he was sleeping and had two small drop of his blood on a bad cover, they charge 10$ for clean up. Moreover, if you want to go to swimming pool or beach, you have to walk out of the hotel first.

Passable

Breakfast had some good selection and hotel had a good pool area for kids.

Lobby wasn’t on the ground level. To access the pool you had to exit the hotel by the entrance and walk by through the alley. Need to watch out for the cars exiting the garage cause they don’t look out for you. Bathroom layout was horrible. No separate space to change. Bathroom and shower shared a sliding door so you couldn’t use both at the same time.

luxury stay in a construction site

the rooms are well facilitated, everything is new and well equipped! the sea view rooms are perfect to watch a panoramic sunset !

the hotel is not finished yet and the noise didn’t allow us to rest or relax next to the pool for 1 minutes! also it was very difficult to access to the pool or the beach
