A really nice stay

We chose this hotel as a first stop before going to Koh Rong the next day, and it was more than pleasant. Mr. Charly did everything possible for us so we didn't have to worry about anything (brought our bags to the room, organised driving service, check in, check out, money exchange, he even planned when we would have to get up to still have time for breakfast and going to the ferry and offered help for our trip even after our stay at the hotel). Other than that, the breakfast was amazing! It's a really good buffet with Asian as well as commonly known European options. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool or the sea there since we arrived quite late. Even though it was open.

Guests were quite noisy on the floor, so it was a little louder at night.

zimmer groß und sauber, personal im hauptgebäude sehr freundlich, wlan super funktioniert, gratis shuttle zum pier

der 2 trackt über der strasse bei der poolanlage - personal unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam, wollten bestellen aber es wurden die asiatischen gäste bevorzugt, bekamen nichts zu trinken. pool soweit ok. meer extrem schmutzig und vermüllt. preise viel zu hoch für kleiderreinigung- zum teil abendteuerliche preise! umgebung nicht die beste, 3 km zum stadtkern, rundherum nix los, keine restaurants. essen war gar nichts für uns, frühstück zu 95% asiatisch mit suppen etc. kein europäisches essen auch auf der hauptkarte zu mittag und abend.

Beautifully Decorated Room and Excellent Services! And Thank You for the Upgrade, Queenco!

The services of the hotel staff especially Sean (the Room Division Manager) was excellent! We initially stayed 2 nights here and liked it so much that we've decided to extend another night. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a Suite! This was unexpected. The hotel is uniquely placed with all the amenities and services expected of a 5 stars hotel. It is closed to the pier where you can jump on a boat for a day trip to Koh Rong and come back to the pool after a hot day. If you are looking for a beautifully decorated hotel (none of these Chinese owned hotels with the smell of smokes everywhere) and a place to chilled away from the crowd (in these covid19 times) this is the place to be! We will definitely be back with more friends!

Beautifully decorated and very friendly and accommodating staff!

We had to reschedule a couple times due to unforseen circumstances and although the cancellation policy was quite clear, Sean, the Hotel Rooms Division Manager was very accomodating. This was the reason why we rebook this same hotel. The facilities were excellent. Gym facility was impressive so much so that my wife was already planning a return trip with all her gym girlfriends! Pool is quite nice and the restaurant is right on tte beach. It is a perfect getaway from the buzzing of Sihanoukville city and other beach location. In fact it was so relaxing we decided to stay another night!

None if you are looking for a relaxing location (yet accessible) away from the noisy and buzzing of the city

Excellent. Will be back again soon

The hotel beds are super soft and comfy. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful as they are able to respond to all my requests promptly. E.g. My mother forgot to bring the key for the luggage padlock and we could not open it at all. I called their Manager, Mr Sean, and he was able to quickly asked his staff to help us cut open the padlock. He even bought us a new padlock without us asking. We are really thankful for their fast response and wonderful service which makes our stay an extremely pleasant one. Not forgetting to mention the hot stone massage offered by the hotel was simply amazing. The therapist who attended to me was skillful and experienced. She is also very attentive by repeatedly asking me if the heat from the hot stone is comfortable for me. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoying which I highly recommend is a must try.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel in an unattractive area

The Queenco Hotel and Casino is close to the ferry port, and we booked the hotel at the last minute since, rather surprisingly, the port authorities had shut down all ferry services, preventing travellers from departing for the islands. The check-in support nearly seemed like a butler service because of how present and welcoming Charly and the reception staff were but unfortunately, that is where most of the positive experience ends. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel does have a feeling of being isolated with most visitors primarily interested in the casino and there are no other restaurants or cafes around. The main center of Sihanoukville is difficult to access on foot, and the area surrounding the hotel is not attractive. The pool and breakfast area is across the street in a different building from the rooms, next to the casino and the aloof behaviour of the staff here did feel quite unpleasant and is potentially part of the casino setting.

Super Queenco hotel plus ***** services

I had a fabulous stay at the Queenco Hotel. Although it was a bit rainy in the morning, this didn't stop me from going to the gym as I loved their wide range of gym facilities. The gym is also clean and spacious and all equipment are very well maintained. The room that I moved to overlooks the pool side and the view is exceptionally beautiful in the early morning. The room facilities are simply fantastic and I especially loved the bed as the mattress is very soft and comfortable. The manager Sean is very nice to upgrade me to a premium room on the 6th floor. Wow, I really cannot complain about the wonderful hospitality and services that the staff provided me. I am happy that everyone at the hotel is doing a fantastic job with their warm welcome and helping me with everything I need. Thank you all and I will be returning soon

The hotel is exceptional. It has a private beach where i enjoyed seeing the see and drinks at the bar. The staff are very friendly and treated like king. Breakfast is great option. I cannot even mention all of the options but just wow. Thanks again for a lovely stay and i will definitely return to see you in the nearest future.

Queenco Hotel and Casino is a hidden jewel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The 2 hour drive from Phnom Penh International Airport was not bad at all. Check-in was very smooth as we provided them with our Booking.com reference number. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had a great view of the beachside of the hotel thanks to the accommodating concierge. The beds were nice and soft. Housekeeping provided us with ample water. The restaurant is located across the street near the casino. Whenever raining, the hotel provided trolley service.other than that, the walk across the road was very quick and short. Breakfast was always amazing as they provided a traditional American style breakfast, if you wanted, otlr a traditional Cambodia style breakfast.. I always choose the breakfast of the country where I'm visiting. Checking out was just as easy, and we met the hotel manager, who is just a joyful fellow.

Queenco Hotel and Casino is my best favorite hotel in Sihanoukville, super friendly staff, great food, and excellent services. The room is spacious and very clean, and the pool and beach are very clean too. The location is the best and it is located next to the port. The Receptionist helps to arrange the boat tickets and arrange the car to send us to port. Again, thank you to Queenco's staff for the hospitality.
