The Staff were superb especial thanks to Yusuf who met us off the ferry from Koh Rong. My wife suffered a fractured vertebrae on the gtvc ferry due to reckless helm going too fast for the choppy sea causing violent jolts. Yusuf was great taking us to the hospital where my wife was treated promptly including a ct scan and given a corset and pain killers.
We also had a very nice junior suite. The restaurant is very good with a wide menu.
the whole hotel is modern and kept to a very high standard. Would highly recommend

The location is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the food is delicious. We will definitely choose Queenco for our next visit.

The pool area was nice, right next to the sea. They upgraded us to the main beachside building from the tower block which was across the road. The food in the restaurants was nice. They offered free transport to the nearby autonomous pier for onward travel to Koh Rong when we checked out.
The whole of the outside terrace and pool area is a smoking zone, many of the guests were smokers which made it uncomfortable.
