The location and the facilities are excellent and the staff are very communicative and helpful.

Very bad customer experience

Location, Pool

Very bad customer experience: tried to get a refund for "pre-ordered" (via booking chat) linen. Several times, via different channels, always denied. Even if they are probably aligned with their terms and conditions, it is very bad behaviour. We leave the unused linen in our cabin and try to cancel the transaction via VISA.

Allt på boendet var bra men tråkig personal på Bistron. Alla smårätter var slut. Ingen hjälp att hitta någon ersättningsmat.Tråkigt bemötande

Nära till stranden. Prisvärt.

Det var otroligt många spindlar i husen. Vi hyrde 2 st villavagnar, de var ganska slitna och hade behövts renoveras!
