The apartment was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for the two of us. Tea, coffee and toiletries were provided. Getting to the apartment and checking in all went smoothly. The location is great for exploring Brighton on foot and there's a bus stop nearby which goes to the station. We really enjoyed our stay.
Noise from the street but that is completely outside of the landlord's control.

Clean, comfortable, everything we needed and great location.
The apartment needs a few touch ups here and there- table in lounge very wobbly, made it a bit difficultto eat, but we put something under one of the the legs to keep it still in order to eat.
And rable in the yard, perfect touch, but was about to break and had to be careful.
Totally understand why no use of bottom windows in front room, but got vert hot and stuffy...maybe a fan on site would help this!,
And odd bits of flooring has started to come loose and we caught/stubbed our feet/toes a few times. (Bathroom/hallway into kitchen and back yard door...part of floor trim has come away).
Oh and new bed in the bedroom smelt very strongly of aftershave and smoke....had to buy and use fabreeze on it as was very overpowering!

Spacious clean property.
Foul smell in rear/bathroom area. Poor sound proofing between appartment and upper levels; loud sounds of people walking across floor of upper level, and taking showers late at night (12.30 am) were very disruptive of sleep and bit intrusive.

It was an attractive apartment.
There were no instructions for facilities, a confusing entry lock, a cold bedroom as the radiator stopped working and the light from the back garden shone in for most of the night.
