箱崎線の中洲川端駅から徒歩5分ぐらい！
コンビニが目の前にあり、徒歩圏内にショッピングビルや屋台もありバスでも地下鉄でも移動が非常に便利。
小さいですがバスタブもありゆっくり浸かって休むことが出来ました。
キャバクラ店など夜の街の一角にあるのですこぶる健全とは言えない地域です笑
高身長な方には部屋が若干狭く感じるかも？！

お部屋も広くて清潔感がありとても良かったです。
何日か泊まったので洗濯をしに2回のランドリーに行ったのですが洗濯機が古くて音が凄く脱水に特に時間が掛かり書いてあった時間より15分以上長くてちょっと行ったり来たり様子見たりで大変でした。
