There was no staff on site the day we arrived and the day we left on the Sunday morning
Had a member of staff for help has there was no toilet paper and no e had to go to the main building and ask a question who do we see for toilet paper.

Great location for the Hall. Jasmine : lovely size bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites.
Noisy fridge, no working latch on main bedroom door causing slight knock during night (nothing a towel didn't fix) some cracked tiles near main door. Needs some TLC. No communication from Caradoc when having Security Deposit issues.

Lovely little isolated cottages. Roomy and clean.
This is advertised as Netley Hall- you are not going to the hall and also are told you can’t use the facilities!

Generous sized cottages, easy parking.
Good shower.
Didn't like that someone else had already moved into the cottage we had been allocated when we arrived and told us we had to move to another one. It then took forever to get hold of anyone to find out what was happening so wasted a good couple of hours of our time away getting things sorted. Didn't like the dirty sock on the kitchen floor when we arrived. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. WiFi non existent. One of the cottages we booked only had one mug to share between 2 guests. Impossible to get hold of anyone to report an issue due to lack of phone signal.
