Very clean and cozy. About 15 minutes from kings dominion, which was our main attraction. Great value!
The room was a little small, but still had everything that we needed.

Location, coffee was very good, staff was nice, beds were comfortable
Room and hallway were warm
Room was not tended to daily ( trash emptied, beds made, floors swept) we had to ask

It was okay. Limited choices.
My room was not cleaned.
The bathroom ceiling and hallways had major paint chipping. Water damage was obvious.
You could hear the room above.
