It was horrible.

The photo of webpage.

The owner didn’t send messages on booking.com chat. When we arrived at this building for check-in, I called the number but they didn’t answer. Waiting for reply, and send message to customer service. Finally replied, the owner said they sent me message via WhatsApp. I never check someone who I don’t know on my WhatsApp. Because I talk with so many people on my WhatsApp for my work. I never experienced on booking.com like this at the check-in. Then we could entry the building. But there was no instruction to entry or find which is our room. I had to contact them again to ask which is the room. It was super difficult to notice which is the room because there is no sign or number. Looks like there are a lots of young locals are living this building. We stayed on Saturday, maybe about 5 young people arrived upstairs start to play heavy metal music on the speakers and chatting 10 or 11pm. We felt the music and voice of their chat from upstairs was so close to our room because of poor sound proof or the building was like this. We were so tired and contacted the owner and asked if she can help. She told me she doesn’t own whole the building so she can’t do anything, she said she is going to send messages to neighbors. I decided I go outside of the room and ask if they can volume down a little bit. There were 2 people infront of the our room door, when I opened the door, I was so surprised they were just right infront of the door. I asked them about music and noise and they were part of the upstairs crew. They said no worries or something they didn’t stop after for a while even they came down infront of our room and played music louder after I went back my room. I opened again the door trying to see what’s going on, there are other guys shouted me bad words and trying to entry or close to the door so I closed the door right the way. Until 12AM they were still making noise then they finally went outside of building.

*The double shower was amazing, but we didn’t get loads of hot water out at all. *Bed is a bit springy. Could do with a topper/new mattress soon

Disappointed!!!… 👎🏼

It is great located

It’s pretty small, it is not as fancy as it looks on the pictures, the sink is super tiny and the toilet tank was broquen I tried to contact the host and they were zero polite and with no service skills

La cama estaba bastante cómoda y el lugar se sentía fresco

Una señora toco la puerta para sacarnos del lugar cuando aún faltaban 15 min para hacer check Out y se quedó ahí en la puerta esperando a que nos fuéramos diciendo que si no nos íbamos ya nos iba a cobrar mas, cuando nos íbamos por la prisa estaba dejando mi teléfono y cuando me regrese por el se molesto bastante y fue hasta que mi esposo marcó para que sonará que me lo dio.
