I was welcomed by two wery friendly ladies at the front desk, Vanesa and Graciela, when I first checked in. They were really kind and attentive. However on the checkout there was a mister who had a very unfriendly face. Can't say he was rude but he definitely did not seem happy there sort of speak. Although I completely understand everyone's temper and character can be rather different, I couldn't help but notice the stark contrast between those two moments. Just food for thought.
My room's door lock wouldn't always work right away. I had to slide in and out the cars multiple times before it actually unlocked the door.

Comfortable bed.
Relatively close to the city centre, they let us park the car after check out.
In this app we saw 5 stars, this is not true! The hotel has 3 star (this might have been a confusion in my part). The hotel is quite loud, you can hear all the doors closing. The hotel also looks older in real life, it needs a bit of a paint job.
