Staff were lovely, food was good, check in was easy and pool was enjoyable. Aircon was cold and the WiFi strong.
Shame about building work next door, I would have expected to be notified in advance of our stay about this especially as it was so close.

Le Chien Rouge was lively and clean nice staff always very helpful the owner was full of knowledge and a lot of thought into the room decor to make ur stay a beautiful one

A well-designed property, nice pool, spacious rooms, but little to no Balinese influence or features in the room or grounds. Staff are polite and helpful and do a good job of keeping the property well maintained.
The pervasive sense of frugality in the provision of room amenities : from the single bedsheet with no blanket or doona to the single bottle of water for two people each day, to the plastic coffee mugs, absence of tissues and no change of towels or linen in a 6-night stay.
The list of prohibited behaviours raised eyebrows and the 3% surcharge for payment by card was an unpleasant surprise.
