First time I have been to this hotel, first impressions is that it looks like a wellness spa. My room was large, a good size balcony, there is two pools, spotlessly clean, I enjoyed my stay here. Comfy beds, easy for delivery drivers and Taxi to find.
Fast Internet connection. I work remotely and this was important to me.
The location is far from beach road and Walking Street, I knew this when booking. Peaceful and quiet. This is not affected by rating of this property.

We booked here because our usual hotel in north Pattaya was full. Though this hotel claims to be 5*, it isn't, though it is a perfectly fine place to stay, with underground parking, good rooms and a large breakfast area. The swimming pool looked good and well maintained, though we didn't have the time to use it.
The reception staff were very polite, friendly and efficient.
There was also a facility to feed the monks for ฿129, which made my partner happy.
1) Though the room was spacious, it was let down by the TV, which though large enough did not have the facility to change language, nor the ability to play YouTube. Most hotels now have smart TV's which enable you to link your phone/tablet to YouTube.
2) No air conditioning in the corridors, which I found warm at times.
3) Luke warm water in the shower.
4) Breakfast. Though impressive looking, many of the entrees were stone cold/unheated when clearly they should have been. Items such as steamed vegetables & roast potatoes were offered cold. From a western point of view, there was no bacon or baked beans, and the only sausages were awful chicken ones.
It was still a good breakfast though!
5) Location. The hotel is slightly off the beaten track and unless you have your own transport you will have to rely solely on taxis to get into/out of Pattaya itself. Many guests were Chinese who were being bussed into/out of the hotel on organised tours, I guess.
A friend came to see us by motorbike taxi from Pattaya city and had difficulty telling the rider where the hotel was.
