The location was excellent. Stunning views from the hotel. Everyone was very welcoming, the breakfast was perfection and the rooms were very comfortable and designed very nicely.

Julia the host was so welcoming and we couldn't be happier with every aspect of our stay which to our surprise made the stopover in Neive a highlight of our 3 week trip around France/Italy.
We received a super friendly greeting and provided drinks on arrival. My wife had sprained her ankle before our arrival and Julia even had her father (a doctor) pop in to check on it. We hadn't booked a restaurant and those we called were booked out. Julia made some calls and arranged us a table at a fantastic restaurant we had been turned away from on the phone - with beautiful food, service, atmosphere and views. The next morning they made my birthday so special with champagne brought to the table during breakfast and even a birthday song : )
My wife and I had a room and our sons the other. Both looked recently renovated, super clean, spacious and modern. Incredible views, excellent a/c (not that common on our Europe trip) and beds extremely comfortable.
