Great location, looks like a desirable area with lots of big houses.
5 mins walk to small Co op and 5 mins to station, 4 stops to Cardiff.
Size was good and on the surface looked clean and modern.
It was not comfortable for 4 people ie in living room, only one sofa bed and one chair. Not enough cutlery and crockery and we washed it all before using as it wasn’t the cleanest. Apartment was only “surface clean“, ie the living room was double height and you could see all the dust on the windows high up, it was filthy! The walls were patchy where they must have touched up damage with different paint, and the cream carpets had lots of stains on them. They twice sent messages to say it would only be “lightly cleaned“ and we would be charged if deep cleaning was needed. While I understand what they mean, I don’t think a “light clean” is a good message to send out in Covid times when everywhere else is taking about deep cleaning.
Finally, they try to portray themselves (also on Air BnB) as “Sabrina” but it is clearly just a front for a property company running lots of lets. Why not be honest?
