La ubicación: excelente conectividad con el transporte público; a distancia de caminata de diversos lugares de mayor atractivo, (plaza San Esteban, Río Danubio, Calle de la Ópera, barrio judío); cercano a comercios y restaurantes.
Departamento de extraordinario tamaño.
Había remodelaciones en el edificio (acceso y departamentos), lo cual no se había informado.

De locatie was perfect en de grootte van het appartement. De bedden lagen goed en de keuken was groot en voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Ruime woonkamer en fijn dat er twee badkamers en drie wc’s zijn.
De slaapbank was overduidelijk aan vervanging toe en het appartement was schoon maar niet brandschoon. Ook was het wat gehorig.

It was very spacious apartment in a traditional building located in the Pest side, easily walkable to all the sightseeing areas. Supermarket downstairs. Washing machine & dryer were an extra bonus. The owner was easily accessible through WA
The balcony was dusty & hence couldn’t be used. One bathroom cum WC is very big, but the other shower room is tiny & could use some hooks to hang your clothes/towels & also soap & shampoo dispenser.

Great location; close to local transportation. The air conditioner worked ok by American standards.
The futon was miserable; had a rod right in the middle making it very difficult to actually sleep there. There was a miscommunication with the property manager. The listing states that they provide toiletries but when we arrived the only thing they provided was dish soap, hand soap, and a tiny amount of shampoo. We had 5 guests so we had to go out and buy toiletries, which we didn’t expect. The owner did bring body wash but that was after we already went out and bought items. The check-in instructions weren’t very easy to understand. Someone entered the property without letting us know they were coming and we were actually inside sleeping. Very disturbing!
