I thought the location was lovely. As a solo and practical traveler, this was a great low key location. View is lovely. No frills apartment.
Just an uncomfortable “bed” , would have been nice to have more than a sheet & perhaps a real blanket. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. Little details, like the toilet paper holder being broken, need fixing.

The interior of this house is impeccable and nice.
But there's one place where it's tricky.
The air conditioner needs to extend the exhaust pipe to the outside by opening the window. If the window is open, the noise from the main road outside is extremely loud and all of it is introduced into the room, which is no different from sleeping on the road.
If the windows are closed, the noise will be reduced, but the air conditioner will not work if it can't get hot air out.
Temperature and quietness are one of the most basic conditions for a house. The facilities of the house are very good, but it is a pity that it fails on this basic threshold.
