Needs work but would recommend

The place was very spacious, cheap price, good wifi.

It is located underground, the only type of heating was an old oil radiator, it was cold in the apartment, and the radiator couldn't keep up because of the size of the place, the jacuzzi was fine but could use some work, the head rest was detached because of mold. The boiler is the real problem, either steaming hot or really cold water, needs to be fixed

Location.

The apartment is in the basement. There is no daylight. Unpleasant sewage smell. It's not clean. Desperate bathroom without a shower, only a jacuzzi that doesn't work, and the shower is an experience if you manage to mix too hot and too cold water. There is no tea towel or napkin. Insufficient and different glasses and cups. The bed is wobbly and squeaky and uncomfortable. The apartment has no heating, only one small electric oil radiator, which is insufficient for the area of the apartment.

Best location

Spacious, great location, good and easy communication with an owner.

There wasn't extra blankets, hot water cattle, and sharp knife. But I didn't ask for those, if I did I am pretty sure the owner would provided.
