Propaganda enganosa pelas fotos postadas no Booking.

Como nossa experiência foi completamente frustrante não conseguimos apontar que gostamos de alguma coisa.

Começamos pelo fato de termos alugado uma casa completa e nos hospedaram em um quarto pequeno nos fundos da casa estando, sujo, com tampa de vaso sanitário rachada e com coloração de urina, falta de ducha higiênica, teias de aranha por todo lado, além de barulho na parte casa que alugamos e foi também alugada para outras pessoas alheias a nós, sendo estas imensamente barulhentas desde o início da manhã até altas horas da noite não nos deixando ter o descanso que buscamos ao alugar o local. Relatamos também que as fotos postadas no aplicativo Booking são completamente diferentes da realidade do local estando o condomínio extremamente mal cuidado, sujo e deteriorado. Ao chegarmos no local tivemos que acessar o local de hospedagem por uma porta de varanda demonstrando um completo descaso para com nós hóspedes. Também ressaltamos a extrema falta de educação da pessoa de contato do local sendo esta extremamente ríspida ao ser contatada.

Quarto amplo, bem confortável, lençóis limpos, toalhas boas e cama grande. Por fim é um quarto bom porém precisa de alguns reparos.

Bom alugamos um quarto com piscina privada porém nem usamos a bomba dela não funcionava tentamos ligar mas nada funcionava, no quarto o fogão é uma boca e indução então só tinham algumas panelas lá, acabou q fomos almoçar no restaurante msm, o chuveiro é muito quente isso é algo bom, porém levei choque 🫨. Controle da tv estava quebrado, e o wi-fi é péssimo, não funciona na tv, não consegui nem usar a tv, como não funciona os dados móveis era terrível usar internet lá e o wi-fi pra pegar no celular é um sufoco.
