O apartamento é satisfatório, está bem localizado e cercado de comércios nos arredores. Contém ventiladores, porém é muito arejado, a varanda é um destaque por ser muito agradável com vista ampla.
Proprietário Silvio foi muito atencioso, sempre de prontidão para tirar dúvidas. Recomendo e repetiremos mais vezes!

Muito bom apartamento com localização privilegiada. Esta super próximo da praia e não precisei usar o carro para nada. Voltarei com certeza .
