Clean room with kitchen at a good value
The fitness center leaves a lot to be desired and the location is a bit far from beach if you don't have a motorbike.

The room and space as well as the pool.
The gym was a bit dirty and could be in better shape, also the rooms look a bit different from the fotos but overall it was ok

Review based on a 28 night stay. Peaceful area just a 10 minute stroll from the beach. Large room with a softer bed than I'm used to, although I slept well every night. I didn't use the hob or tv so I can't comment on those, but the fridge freezer was cold, the water was hot and the ACU worked fine. Balcony was smaller than the opposite room on the same floor which was wide enough for a breakfast table.
The well maintained saltwater pool was just under 9m long with a uniform depth of 1.6m. It is in permanent shade so it's ideal for cooling off. I spent an hour in it most days (which is how I earned the sobriquet "The Swimming Guy" from the staff), and not once did I have anyone else in the water at the same time.
Absolutely the best part of the stay here was the staff. They were courteous, cheerful and helpful ; from the front of desk people to the the cleaners, every interaction with them was positive and pleasant. Whoever is choosing and training the workers there is doing an excellent job.
Minor points only. The water gun in the bathroom didn't have enough supply pressure to do the task it's designed for.
The bath has quite a high side. Shorter people or those with mobility/balance issues would benefit from a grab bar fitted between the towel rail and doorframe. Some people might find the lack of a microwave a disadvantage.

Friendly staff and easy check in process. Early check in was possible after arriving.
Staff however appeared to have limited English.
Relaxing ambience in lobby with piped spa like music.
Spacious room at a good rate with modern fixtures and fittings in room.
Comfortable big bed with medium firm mattress and nice linen.
Ample storage in room.
Cooking facilities available and big fridge freezer.
Small balcony area with seating facing road and neighbours roofs.
Medium sized pool at front of property- not heated.
Quiet location a fair distance away from the main Danang area which can be a positive and a negative. Grab bikes used to reach beach bars, beach, tourist attractions etc.
Staff helpful with printing air tickets for onward travel.
No local information whatsoever given at check in eg where to eat since no breakfast or offer of any additional services. This could be improved to increase guest knowledge and satisfaction.
Room only appears clean but in reality not cleaned to a high standard: previous guests’ hairs found around toilet area. Coffee ring marks on table in living area.
No screen cover in bath means water splashes onto floor.
Pool location means not private as anyone entering property has full view of guests. They should consider a screening mechanisms in keeping with the decor of the garden.
Loungers in pool area need repair or replacing as they are sunken in the middle and cushion covers are old.
AC in room is loud and takes long to cool room down even at its max.
Prominent scuff marks on walls in room - need cleaning or painting
Mould and dirt on window screen in bathroom room 302.
No complimentary water in room-this is poor.
Local Area didn’t feel safe walking at night.
