Excellent Value: Given the prime location and views, this apartment offered great value for money compared to other options on the Gold Coast. Perfect Location: Very central and highly convenient for getting around. Stunning Views: The views from the apartment were a major highlight of the stay. Great Amenities: The pool and spa areas were lovely, and the building foyers were very nice and welcoming. Comfortable: Although the apartment itself is a bit old and tired, it was still a comfortable place to relax.

Missed Cleaning Details: While it looked clean at first glance, a closer look revealed an earbud and a sock left under the main bed from a previous guest. Maintenance Issues: The bathroom light flickered before stopping completely, leaving us without light. The air conditioning was also incredibly noisy, and the bedroom TV couldn't get any signal. Minor Annoyances: The bedside lamps in the second room weren't plugged in when we arrived. Also, the main TV only has free-to-air channels with no option to sign into streaming apps like Netflix.
