The location is wonderful,
We parked our car at the train station ( tip from owner) parking 3 ( 3euro per day) make sure it 3 ..1& 2 is 10 euro per day. ( 10mins walk) Appartement was spotless, bed was very comfortable !!
take the boat trip around cochem..it's beautiful 😍
There are pubs in the neighborhood that can be rather loud but you are in the centre!! Do NOT go to the pizza restaurant across from the appartement, expensive and the food is very disappointing!!!

We traveled by train and easy 15 min walk to room. Location was great! The room was very spacious…queen bed, full sofa, large TV and very large bathroom. Great room!
Owner was great to communicate with us and met us upon our arrival. Very good communication on the day of arrival as well as departure. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The location is great - about 15mins from the station, but right in the end of the old town so you have everything laid out in front of you. And close to the river. Good shower pressure, the air con is powerful (once you find a setting - see below), its comfy, the check in via lockbox was easy. Nice furnishings.
The air con might work great, but it has no instructions/manual available (I looked online too) so I had to randomly hit different settings until i found something that seemed to work. It is very loud when working hard enough to cool the flat well.
A few small things - the sink and handsoap were a bit strange, the shower door needs fixing. No bag in the kitchen bin, and there was tea and a kettle provided but no coffee? The fridge wasn't powered on and we couldn't find a switch - in August!
