Located in Frisco, this lovely condo for $127 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Property Info: Frisco Lagoon Condo- 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4 UNIT LAYOUT: While most of the unit looks out over the stocked lagoon and Mt. Buffalo, the beautiful views from Mount Royal will be the first thing you see flooding the Master Bedroom. Close to all Summit County ski resorts in winter (see below for drive times). In the summer the lagoon right outside of the unit is privately stocked for your fishing enjoyment, and we provide a tandem bicycle you can take on the trails that link directly to the condo complex. The home is large for a one bedroom (approx. 970 sq. ft.), has two balconies, Gas Grill, heated two car garage, and sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the the clubhouse pool, hot tubes, workout room and in the summer outside tennis court. Walk to restaurants and shopping. It really is a great location! Very warm place for family stay. My family and I spent a 5days in this well maintained home. Is close to everything and the house was clean at the moment we arrived.
I personally highly recommend this place for you next trip to Frisco Colorado.

Centrally located to many sites with the town of Frisco and Dillon Lake within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home. Very tranquil setting. Would be happy to stay here again. Ignore any advertisement of Free Fun credit. It is not offered with this property unfortunately.

This is an excellent location for riding electric bicycles to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, or just around town. The trails are paved, the people are friendly and the condo was perfect.
At the end of each ride, we put the bikes in the garage and simply closed the door. The condo was spacious, clean, and we’ll located. Downtown was only a few blocks away and easily accessed with wide sidewalks.
I’m sure we’ll be back.

The good: location is awesome. Layout of condo is nice and roomy. Nice view.
Not so good: floor was dirty. Pots and pans needed thorough cleaning. Trash dumpster and pool/ spa are very far away. Inaccurate instructions in booklet for property. No door to shower area.

This unit was clean and management responded quickly to any inquiries or issues. We were on a ski trip, and only a 2 minute drive to bus station where there was free parking, and took bus to Copper Mtn. to ski. There was a closer bus stop, but too cumbersome and far to walk to when carrying ski boots, poles and skies in heavy snow. If not carrying stuff, one could easily walk to a closer bus stop. Very close to Main Street and could easily drive or take bus to the shops and restaurants there. Things to know-we loved that we had a garage, but could barely fit in it with a Chevy Traverse (which is fairly large, but is not as big as a Tahoe or Ford Expedition)...had to pull in mirrors and everyone got out except driver before parking in garage. No elevator to get into unit, but only one flight of stairs, so may not be the place for you if you cannot navigate steps easily. If returning to the area, we would stay again.

Quick Trip
The property was exactly as advertised and very well set-up. We biked around Lake Dillon (as well as kayaking) and the location was perfect. Would happily stay there again in the future.

The property was situated very close to downtown and to the Frisco bike path. The kitchen was nice with ample cooking supplies. The bathrooms are nice with a great shower. It was especially nice to have a garage for our car and e-bikes.

Convenient and comfortable!
We used the property during ski season. The location is central to multiple resorts and restaurants with lots of variety. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed to have all comforts of home. The pool/hot tub is more of a drive than a walk but worth it. Very clean and and nice temperature.

Wonderful Place to Stay
This condo was the PERFECT place to stay for our ski trip. Very clean and comfortable. The two standouts of the condo in my opinion was the kitchen and the water pressure in the bathroom. The kitchen was very large and well appointed. It had everything we needed to cook our meals. And nothing beat the hot shower with excellent water pressure after a long day on the slopes. Also worth mentioning the wonderful amount of storage space in the condo. Made getting unpacked and staying well organized with all our cold weather gear very easy. Will definitely be returning to this condo if available on our next trip!

Spacious, Well equipped, and Close to 6 Ski Resorts
This condo is perfect for a single or couple who are avid hikers or skiers. It’s 15 minutes or less to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain resorts. Plus, Vail and Beaver Creek are about half an hour west on I-70. Nestled near the shore of Dillon Reservoir this spacious and well-equipped condo has everything needed for your ski week. It is close to I-70 but extremely quiet at night. It is larger than most one-bedroom condos with a very wide galley kitchen and broad eat-at counter that seats four. You will find all the appliances, dishes, cookware, and silverware you need—and all high quality. The condo is located over the garage and has balconies at both ends. A balcony facing the entry side and a balcony (with gas grill) facing a small pond within the complex. There is a wood burning fireplace with a small supply of firewood, satellite cable TVs in living room and master bedroom, and comfortable furniture. The king size bed in the master is excellent for sleeping and there is a walk-in closet with plenty of hanger space and extra blankets and pillows. The clock radio will play and recharge your old iPod. The master bath suite is perfect with private shower, tub, and water closet. The separate half bath is a plus. I liked that the unit has full sized washer and dryer in the unit. You will not find this at many slope side condos. I like skiing more than one resort during a week and being able to do laundry without going out of the condo is great. I skied in early December and while it was mostly manmade snow, skiing at four areas made it a fun week. Also, there are three ski shops within 1,000 feet walking distance along with a Walmart grocery, wine shop, and other stores. I waited to post comments about this condo because I was reluctant to let the word to get out that this is an excellent place to stay. I hope it’s available next time I go to Frisco. The arrival instructions are completely idiot proof and the property manager quickly responds to emails and texts with clear and useful information. This condo is a bargain for what you get, and you will enjoy every minute.

Great place for this price

Ok place overall
The condo is nice but best for 2 people. Shower door didn’t slide, people upstairs so you can hear stuff above you, garage door opener is loud below the bedroom, it’s a shared garage and didn’t see it noted in rental description. We thought we had our own garage to securely put our stuff. On second floor.
Not giving a bad review because it’s a nice place just making aware of these things.

The unit was as pictured on the website. It was relatively clean and neat. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus. Everything you need is in the unit. No ice maker in the freezer although ice trays were provided. I’m not sure when the last time the owner was here to inspect the property but there are things that could be done to improve the unit. Need to get rid of artificial plants. They’re covered in dust. Should update stained/picked pillows on sofa. Requires a deep cleaning to get rid of dust on things that aren’t used frequently. Coffee cups are stained on the inside. Melted candles on fireplace mantle could be removed/replaced. Lighting could be improved especially in the bedroom/bathroom. Just adding a bulb would be a big improvement. Curtains in bedroom could be updated so they fit properly. Ceiling fan caked in dust. Vertical blinds in living room are missing slats. These are all inexpensive updates to make your guests feel more comfortable. All electronics and coffee pot could be updated although they work fine.

Property Manager saved the day
First of all, I didn't stay at this property. Josh, the Property Manager contacted me a few days before I was to arrive advising this property was undergoing repairs and he would be moving me to another. He ended up finding me a very nice and much larger property. We arrived at around 8PM on a Sunday night and unfortunately, due to some sort of communication mix-up the new place hadn't been properly cleaned. I contacted Josh and he immediately had his cleaning crew come to the property and clean it. They did a fantastic job and the week there went off without a hitch. Even though we were delayed getting in I still gave 5 stars because of the excellent attitude and response from Josh.
