This is absolutely perfect for an evolve location if you love to ski or snowboard. Easy access to the townhome. Amazing garage space, super deep and convenient for unloading in the garage instead of in the cold. (A little icy outside the garage and door so be careful). The place is completely renovated and brand new. The kitchen and living space was cozy. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and spices which was amazing! We had the fireplace going and it was toasty and warm. The couches seemed brand new and super soft and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also cozy, lots of space in the drawers and closets for all our stuff. Both rooms had bathrooms and great water pressure, and big towels! We were super close to all the stores and restaurants in the downtown Frisco area and we recommend the Greco’s Pizza place, wow!! We went to Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Vail, and Keystone ski mountains with ease. Absolutely hope to stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend!

The property was very nice, we had a good time. I would come back. I would have liked to have more information about the condo amenities, such as the pool. I would also have preferred the total cost of the condo to be displayed in the overall cost when looking at the per night costs.

Our condo was in a perfect location 3 mins to the highway. 1 min to the market and restaurants. 10 minute ride to the mountain.

Condo was as described in listing. There are about a dozen stairs as soon as you enter condo to take you to the second floor-- kitchen, dining area and living room. Enjoyed having the garage, and the location was close to Walmart and Safeway.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. Condo was just like it was described on VRBO. Very clean and close to all scenic attractions. We even got the use of two bikes; which was very nice. Lots of bike paths close by the condo. Beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely townhouse, conveniently located to town and bike trails. A cozy feel, very clean, quiet and well stocked. The added bonus was the 2 car garage. It was great to store our bikes out of the rain. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Comfortable Condo in a Great Location
We loved this location with the easy access to the bike/walking path around Dillion Lake and a nice stroll along the path into Frisco. It's also super close to Whole Foods, Basecamp Wine and Spirits and Pure Kitchen, all of which we took advantage during our stay.
The condo itself was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated that an extra propane tank was at the ready in case we ran out while grilling. We have found that this is not always the case with rentals and we have run out mid-way through cooking in the past so this was a nice touch.
I also want to commend the Evolve Team. They were very responsive. We had a couple plumbing issues and they were taken care of very quickly with no interruption of our enjoyment.
We will definitely stay again.

Spring break
Condo was perfect for our spring break week of skiing. Frisco has everything you need nearby and it’s only minutes from Copper Mountain. Soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, were all provided, which was nice. The views are blocked by other condos, but you can see some mountains, especially out of bedroom windows on 3rd level. Beds were comfortable. We would here rent again.

Winter Wonderland
We were first-time travelers to the area and we could not have been more pleased with our choice of accommodation. This was a superb spot in Frisco - close enough to the key areas of Dillon/Silverthorne/Breckenridge and yet private enough for us to really enjoy time as a family. The property itself was fantastic for several reasons - luxurious, clean, spacious and fitted with all the right amenities that we would need for our trip. Especially worth mentioning in that this is probably one of very few properties which had 2.5 bathrooms (both ensuite) and enough space for us to not feel confined. The living area and kitchen was large enough for us to enjoy our downtime when we returned from our day's activities. The property had all the necessary equipment & components for us to really enjoy our time without having to nip to the supermarket. Love the fact that there were 2 bicycles and a few sleds for us to take with us when we headed for a day of sledding. We immediately started missing the place as soon as we left and can't wait for a chance to return in the summer this time to enjoy the outdoor grill for a nice BBQ and others! Excellent!!
