About this house rental
Located in Cedar Bluff, this lovely house for $260 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Hello! Welcome to BLESSED WAY! This is a light and airy newly renovated home. All new furnishing, bedding, and decor throughout. Centrally located in the heart of Knoxville right off of Cedar Bluff Rd. We provide all linens, towels, cooking essentials, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels (one roll). Professional photos coming soon!! The space The home has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have two roll away beds located in a bedroom closet to accommodate additional guest. Guest access You have access to the entire home. We have a fenced in backyard for your dogs to play. Other things to note This is a "self check in" property. You will be provided check in details once you have booked.

Great space, exactly as described and clean! 20 minutes to UT, restaurants and stores within mile and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Owner was quick to reply. Definitely recommend and would come back next time we visit Knoxville.

Lots of family in to celebrate family. Lots of room. Close to places to shop and things to do in Knoxville. A bit of a drive to Gatlinburg/Smokey Mtn area, but a really nice one. Great central location if you are exploring this area.

We had a great time with family! We rented 2 side by side properties for our large family while we visited other family members in the area. The property was in a great location for shopping and restaurants many within a 5-10 minute drive. The living area in the house was very spacious and comfortable for a large group. The house was on a dead end street where our grandchildren had lots of space to play outside. The home could use a few updates and maybe some more kitchen accessories but overall it was super clean, attractive and met our needs. The AC worked great and we would stay again!

House was big enough for much of family to gather. Communication with property representative was timely. Great neighbors brought us fresh eggs! only minor glitch was none of closets had hangars and we all had nice dress clothes for memorial with no way to hang them. We figured it out in the end. Overall nice house in quiet area of town close to all the various get togethers we attended.

The house was a perfect size for what we needed. The neighbor next door was very friendly and the young ones in our group loved watching/hanging out with his chickens. The family room area was nice and it was an added bonus that the TV was a Roku TV so we could stream our favorite shows. Kitchen and dishes were clean. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice. The bathrooms were clean, and it was very nice to have laundry access in the downstairs bathroom. There was even laundry soap provided. There was also plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, and 2 rolls of paper towels, which was more than enough for our needs!
The floors of the house are quite slanted! The kitchen floor angles toward the middle of the house (kids toys were rolling towards the stairs). Downstairs, there is a giant crack in the concrete floor as well as multiple cracks in the cinderblock walls. This made us a bit nervous. There are also multiple small holes in the walls in the downstairs bedrooms where you can see directly outside. We happened to stay on a cold weekend, and the bedrooms downstairs were very cold, despite the space heaters provided, because of the holes in the walls. Also, one of the twin bed frames is being held up by paint cans because it is broken.
Overall, the house met the needs of our large group, and the location was perfect for us.

Our family needed a spacious rental for my sisters wedding. I am so happy we ran across this adorable home. The amount of space and rooms available was PERFECT for everyone we had in our party and the home was very clean. When we checked in we needed to ask the property manager a question and we were met with a quick reply. All in all if we are ever back in this area we will book this house again.

Beautiful and spacious
This was the best experience I have had with a rental. Not only was the place beautiful, clean, spacious, and accommodating but the hosts were AMAZING! We were in town for the AAU Regional Qualifier and had some setbacks, but they were very helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better property. Thank you so much. This will definitely be the first place we seek out in the future.

1. Host is nice.2. House is very clean!! 3. There were flannel type sheets on the king-sized bed in August! We couldn't find any other sheets in the house so we bought a set. When I washed them and took them out of the washer to put them in the dryer........there were the other sheets!! So the cleaning lady just took a shortcut and left them there instead of waiting for them to be done and putting them back on the bed.4. The room with the king sized bed is nice, but both side table lamps can't be used at the same time. The cords for them can't be plugged in to the outlet at the same time because of the way they are made. So bring a surge strip and an extension cord, you'll need them.5. Seating in the living room is minimal. The house sleeps 10 people but there was only a 3 person couch and one club chair, so seating for only 4 adults. We had to get a chair out of the neighboring house garage, owned by the same host, and we had to go to Walmart and buy 3 bag chairs so all of the 8 adults could have a place to sit together in the living room. So.....bring bag chairs if you rent this place, you'll need them. 6. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are furnished beautifully!!7. The kitchen is nice and had everything we needed for cooking, even some spices.8. The fenced in yard is awesome if you have dogs. But beware, the mower dude doesn't shut the gates after he mows. 9. The property was great! I’m a DPT student and I stayed with 4 other classmates and The living room was large enough for us to have two treatment tables to study and practice. The 5 bedrooms also kept us from feeling like we were on top of each other after the long days at lab. We can’t wait to book again!

We never received check in instructions, which resulted in us sitting outside for 20 minutes contacting VRBO, explaining the problem, then waiting for them to contact the owner. There was a load of sheets in the washer that we had to dry, the upstairs toilet will barely flush, and the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. We found a dirty load and tried to wash them. Eventually we gave up and washed them by hand. The master bedroom had a strange musty smell and the downstairs rooms were very cold. My daughter slept in her hoodie to stay warm. It was clean and well-furnished and in a quiet neighborhood.
