Wir können nichts Gutes über die Ferienwohnung und über die Vermieterin schreiben und raten jedem ab, dort Urlaub zu machen. 10 Nächte gebucht, davon haben wir 1 Nacht und den darauffolgenden Tag verbracht. Es ist negativ, dass man keine Chancen hat, sein Geld zurückzufordern, wenn einem die Wohnung nicht gefällt und gesundheitliche Probleme entstehen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt im Haus der Vermieter, sodass man sich nicht frei fühlt sondern eher beobachtet. Es gab zur Anreise Kommunikationsprobleme und die Vermieterin machte uns bei der Ankunft des öfteren klar, dass sie viel arbeiten muss. Zum Entladen konnten wir das Auto auf dem Hof abstellen danach war die Einfahrt für den Hundeauslauf bestimmt.
Wir besichtigten gemeinsam die Wohnung es war kalt. Die Heizung war schon längst abgestellt aber die Vermieterin kam uns entgegen und machte sie für uns wieder an.
In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns irgendwie nicht wohl und bekamen Allergieprobleme.
Die Wohnung ist zwar groß und die Bäder sind schön renoviert, aber die Einrichtung ist sehr günstig und wirkt steril. Im Wohnzimmer sind ungemütliche Gartenmöbel, der Fernseher ist total klein und die Sender wechseln ständig. Die Küche hat trotz der sechs Betten keine Spülmaschine und einen lauten Kühlschrank. Die Schlafzimmer sind zur Durchfahrtstraße gerichtet, es ist sehr laut und die LED-Straßenlaterne extrem hell. An den Fenstern sind nur graue Plissees - Verbesserungsvorschlag: Verdunkelungsrollos. Nach der kaputten Nacht, war die Laune im Keller, aber da wir noch 7 Tage Urlaub vor uns hatten, war an früher Abreise nicht zu denken. Wir haben uns dann einen schönen Tag gemacht, als wir zurück kamen
war die Vermieterin natürlich auf dem Hof und wollte uns mitteilen, dass wir vor Verlassen der Wohnung doch immer alle Fenster schließen sollen. Ihr Argument war Hochwasser in den Zimmern durch Starkregen. Sie fragte dann auch gleich, ob die Heizung wieder aus kann. Wir wurden noch aufgeklärt wie der Müll zu trennen ist, diese Belehrung liegt aber auch sichtbar im Wohnzimmer auf dem Tisch. Das Auftreten der Vermieterin in der Situation war so nervig, pingelig und geizig.
Wir haben in der Wohnung noch gegessen, waren stink sauer, haben unsere Sachen und den Müll ins Auto geschmissen und sind dann noch den Abend nach Hause gefahren, 5 Stunden.
Die Vermieterin hat sich nicht gemeldet, ob wir gut nach Hause gekommen sind oder nachgefragt, ob vielleicht irgendwas mit der Wohnung nicht gestimmt hat.
