This superb studio, ideally located right in the heart of the old town, JUST A STONE'S THROW FROM THE HARBOR, just a stone’s throw from the Provençal Market and all the main tourist attractions (beaches, city walls), has been completely RENOVATED in a modern style and tastefully furnished.
It is located on a small street perpendicular to the main thoroughfare of Old Antibes and is equipped with double-glazed windows and reversible AIR CONDITIONING for optimal comfort.
The SNCF train station is less than a 5-minute walk away.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

This property remains open during the pandemic, for everyone’s safety:
1. The studio is cleaned with disinfectant products between each guest.
2. Self-check-in and check-out are available: a keybox with a combination lock is provided, allowing guests to pick up and return keys safely and contactlessly.

Although the studio is located near all the popular restaurants, it’s perfectly possible to prepare delicious meals on-site thanks to the fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils).

The apartment is ideal for a couple, friends, a small family, or even students: it features a sleeper sofa in the main room (140×190, quick and easy to open, 14 cm-thick mattress) and an additional bed for a third person (90×190) on the mezzanine. You’ll also find a TV and Wi-Fi.

The bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower. An added bonus: there’s a towel warmer and a washing machine!

The apartment’s main advantages:
- Its prime location, just a stone’s throw from the Marché Provençal and Port Vauban, close to the train station, and only a two-minute walk from the beaches as well as the bus and train stations, allowing you to explore the old town and its surroundings!
- Since the street is pedestrian-only, the apartment is still quiet, despite being right next to shops and restaurants, and features the charm of the cobblestone streets typical of old towns
- It has been completely renovated and is air-conditioned, located in a building that was also fully renovated in 2019. It offers all modern comforts (security with Vigik, air conditioning, double-glazed windows, modern decor) combined with the charm of the past.

Upon your arrival, the apartment will be ready to welcome you: the bed will be made (sheets, duvet covers, and pillows), and I’ll leave shower towels for your use (feel free to contact me if you need additional towels). One final note regarding parking:
-Several Q PARK parking lots are located right nearby (“Pré aux pêcheurs,” “Poirier,” and “Frères Oliviers”) and offer great deals on their website when you book in advance (8 euros/day with unlimited access)
-There are also two FREE parking lots a 10-minute walk away, across from Fort Carré (seaside road toward Nice). A free shuttle runs during the day.
