The primary bath features a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a deep tub with custom tile surround, especially convenient for families with children.
Both bathrooms include Dial Antibacterial hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper as part of your starter supplies.
FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
Our guests frequently mention how well stocked the kitchen is! You'll find cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and the everyday kitchen essentials needed to prepare and serve a family meal.
The kitchen includes Dawn dish soap and Dial Antibacterial hand soap, plus starter supplies of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and kitchen linens.
The dining table has extensions for additional room. Between the table and kitchen bar, there's seating for all 9 guests.
LIVING ROOM
After a day at the beach, settle into our spacious living room featuring:

BEACH GEAR
A selection of beach gear is provided for guest use. Because beach equipment experiences wear and tear and items can occasionally be damaged or go missing, we encourage guests to bring any specific chairs, umbrellas, toys, or equipment important to their family.
OCEANFRONT OAK ISLAND LOCATION
The Sea Pearl is oceanfront, putting the beach and Atlantic Ocean just steps away. Southern Shore Villas also offers a community swimming pool and gazebo, making it easy to go back and forth between the beach and pool.
We're conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating, and everything Oak Island has to offer. Historic Southport is also just a short drive away.

Our parents brought our family to Oak Island for vacations, and some of our favorite memories were made here. We love sharing our little slice of paradise with other families and hope you'll create lasting Oak Island memories of your own.
Guest experience is extremely important to me. I take great pride in the cleanliness and preparation of the condo and love communicating with our guests. GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Cleaning Fee: $275
The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning between guests. Guests are expected to leave the condo reasonably clean and tidy and follow checkout instructions. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover, including excessive sand or trash, may be charged against the damage deposit.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $750
A $750 refundable damage deposit is required upon booking and refunded following your stay provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or other applicable charges. The host maintains records and photos of reported/documented damage.
Accidents happen! We simply ask that you promptly let us know if something is damaged so we can address it before the next guest arrives.
CHECKOUT & COMMUNITY RULES
Checkout instructions are located in The Sea Pearl Welcome Book inside the condo and are expected to be followed to avoid additional charges.
All guests must follow Southern Shore Villas rules, which are included in the Welcome Book and posted inside the condo.
**IMPORTANT: Golf carts are currently NOT permitted at Southern Shore Villas. Please do not rent or bring a golf cart for your stay.**
KEYLESS ENTRY
Prior to arrival, we'll ask you to provide a 4-digit code you can easily remember. We'll program your personal code into the electronic door lock and send detailed check-in instructions a few days before arrival.

This was our third year at Sea Palms and we love it! Everything about it meets our needs, especially the bunk beds for the kids. Stephanie is a super host and quickly responsive to any need. We will return again and again.

What a fabulous location for a beach get away. The view from our condo was great with a lovely deck to enjoy. The condo was spacious with three bedrooms and plenty of room for all. The unit was clean and updated, the kitchen was stocked with all supplies, pots pans utensils glassware two coffee makers and even some bathroom essentials … communication was the host was quick and easy and the beautiful basket and handwritten note she left made us feel welcome and appreciated. We did not need for anything, towels, toilet paper, paper towels cleaning supplies,laundry needs and beach stuff. Lots to do in the area and plenty within walking distance. We stayed for 3 night and would stay again. If you are looking at this property I would recommend it!

Great condo steps from the beach. We had a great time with our kids and their friends. Clean and plenty of room for everyone! The porch was fantastic with ocean and dune views. So great having coffee on the porch while listening to the waves.
