Situated in Laval, this lovely condo for $571 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator- 14 steps), this 3 bed + 4 bath offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, a 200 sqf terrace, high-speed internet, etc. It's ideal for a business trip, a conference or to celebrate a special occasion amongst friends and family. CITQ #2 of 3: (296525) LE PLATEAU COIN ROY Exp: 2024-08-31 Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, and "mom and pop" stores. This apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, theaters, and so much more. You will not need a car unless it is extremely cold outside. Free street parking can be found at times. A better option is the lot located 5 min away @ 400 rue de Malines ($21/night - subject to change). Le Metro Sherbrook is 5 min walk away. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets. Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal. Other notes: - This apartment has 1 indoor camera located in the entrance foyer (facing the front street door for break-in prevention only.) No live feed and no view inside the apartment. There is also a camera downstairs, in the service staircase, facing the door opening to the back lane. Again, this is for break-in prevention only. Lastly, there are 2 cameras in the storage area of the basement (which is not meant to be accessible to guests) to prevent theft. - You will be asked to provide your email, phone number, and a copy of an ID on our secure platform once the booking is confirmed by VRBO. - Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing. - No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present at check-in. - Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners. - Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even on the balconies. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We came to Montreal for a conference and wanted to avoid staying at the hotel and we wanted to find a place where we could rest and reminisce (as this was somewhat of a reunion for our little group as well). It was perfectly located off of the metro line making everything very accessible. The apartment is situated among a variety of wonderful restaurants and bakeries. There was construction happening on the main street and it was so quiet we never heard a thing until we stepped outside. Prior to arrival the owners were very communicative and helpful and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Montreal and hope to rebook when I come back with my family.

We came to Montreal for a concert and girls getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely unit. It is large, sunny, comfortable, new & clean and there is literally no detail overlooked! It feels like a home, not a short stay rental unit. Would highly recommend your place to anyone who is looking for a very comfortable stay on a quaint street in a lovely neighbourhood filled with shops and restaurants and a walk to downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From communication with the FAB team to the bustling location and the top-notch quality/cleanliness of the apartment, it was everything we wanted and more. The property was very nice. Perfect for the 5 of us and would have been great for 1 or 2 more. It is in an excellent location near many restaurants and food stores, and a short walk to the subway.

A group of five girls ventured to Montreal to eat, explore and have time together for a 50th birthday celebration. The apartment was very comfortable for us, located in a lively and walkable neighborhood. The patio was a great space for us to sit and visit. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions in advance of our arrival, so we could know what amenities were available versus what we might need to pack and bring with us.
A great space for adults. And the apartment matched the description on the site.
We are out pr brought in, so did not need to use the kitchen area but it was fully stocked.

We all had a great time in Montreal! Location was fabulous! Short walk to metro (that even my 7 yo could handle) and wonderful restaurants! My two daughters age 7 and 9 want to go back already! Hosts are super responsive!

After some minor difficulties getting in, we were so pleased with the apartment. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful getting us in to the unit. We had an amazing meal @ 12:30 am at L’express, a great little bistro down the street. The neighborhood was great, overall a wonderful experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This apartment was perfect for our family! It was clean and well appointed, and we appreciated the provided basics such as coffee, bath soaps, and laundry detergent. The location was quiet, but a short walk to stores and the metro. The breakfast cafe and taco shop just steps away were both delicious. We were very happy with this place! A must stay.

My two friends and I loved the apartment! The hosts were kind and easy to work with, it was very clean, the showers were fantastic, and the location cannot be better. This roomy, well-appointed flat in the heart of the Plateau provided the perfect home base for our adventures around the city. The location is ideal - we took full advantage of the diverse restaurants all around us and found great coffee and pastries just a short walk away. We were grateful for the fully stocked kitchen, abundant linens, and great shower pressure!
Our host, Frederique, was incredibly kind and communicative. When we had the happy occasion to meet in person, she was every bit as warm and welcoming as our emails had indicated.
Though we had visited Montreal half a dozen times before, this was the first time we skipped the hotel in favor of vrbo, and I wish we'd done it sooner. We will absolutely be back.

This apartment was 5+stars in every way. Roomy, well decorated, modern, all the little conveniences such as coffee, filters, sugar, salt, soaps and detergents and more.
The location was right in the center of lots of shops and restaurants. We had a car and used the parking spot offered by the rental which was terrific.
The owners were very accessible when needed.
We would definitely rent this again!!

The property is absolutely fantastic. The owners have taken attention to detail to a very high level. We were visiting from New York - group of 6 and this place not only had more than enough beds, but a great living space, private terrace, multiple bathrooms etc. very clean and located in a great neighborhood with access to multiple bars and restaurants. Close to the metro as well! The owners were very responsive to our questions as well

The bathrooms have wonderful showers (and one tub!)— and the living/dining area worked out well for noshing on bagels and croissants over coffee, and then playing games. Despite the bitter cold on our arrival, we walked nearly everywhere. I checked out the nearby Modo yoga (fantastic!), Harbin’s dumplings almost directly below the flat (soup dumplings are so good— plus there’s a robot server of sorts), nearby local breweries, and found lovely bakeries nearby. We also enjoyed the McCord (a brisk walk), feasted on ramen, went tubing as the weather got above zero and into the teens, and visited the lovely cathedral and oratory. We had a hard time choosing amongst the many restaurants. Check in was a breeze and we were allowed to add an extra guest at nearly the last minute for a small price adjustment— the owners are very quick to respond. The flat is quiet and the beds are comfortable. The check out instructions are clear too. Leaving on a glorious morning was difficult. I strongly recommend staying here!!

Perfect Christmas!
This flat on Saint Denis was fantastic. The premise was super clean and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts even had a Christmas tree up. It was a wonderful family time. The location could not be better - great for shopping, dining or just meandering. Being winter, we were not able to take advantage of the deck overlooking the street but I bet in the spring and summer months, it would be amazing to sit out there and watch the world go by.
