環境乾淨優雅安靜

櫃檯人員的態度不是很好入住4天3夜隔天出門都會說請幫我們打掃一下，出去回到房間，發現礦泉水跟飲料沒補（因為冰箱還有剩一瓶礦泉水及住宿提供的2瓶小罐飲料）打去櫃檯說我需要礦泉水櫃檯人員卻說房內沒補嗎？我說只有我們剩下那一瓶所以妳們質問我是什麼意思？說要問房務一樣也沒幫我補，整個不知道該說什麼..詢問是否可以給咖啡包卻說後續再需要要付錢（整個傻眼，住那麼多汽旅第一家跟我說要再付錢的）其實感覺真的很差只有第一天入住時的櫃檯人員服務超好笑容可掬
