Ver nice lay-out. 2 good-sized bedrooms, plus a good-sized kitchen with a counter diving it from living room. The location was very nice and quite near the main part of town, but still quiet and mainly condos in the neighbourhood. Parking was good indoors. The deck and BBQ were very convenient. A very good location for day trips to Banff and Lake Louise, and a 2.5 hour drive from the Columbia Icefields, to a good "home base" for our purposes. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Would recommend it highly.

The location is ideal. No problem parking. Close enough to walk to downtown. Having the separate backdoor to the unit was a bonus. The home had everything we needed. The host was very helpful.

Great location! Everything you need to feel like home. No need to drive, easy walking distance to most restaurants and pubs. A fantastic place to break away from the city and enjoy the mountains. Great facilities, the hot tub was very relaxing.

We stayed here for about a week with our friends from Ontario who have never been to the mountains and it was great!! Nice to have a kitchen to cook in and a place of our own to hangouts on rainy nights. It was very handy being on the ground floor with our dogs so that we could take them out very frequent walks very easily! Would absolutely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay in Brad’s condo. It was clean and very conveniently located to many of the sites in Banff. It was perfect for our two dogs with easy access out the back door. The only issue was that there was no one in the checkin area when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes before someone showed up. Brad was quick to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying at Brad's place. He's a wonderful host. The fact that we were able to bring our dog and could enter/exit directly from the main floor patio door for walks was a huge bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub (which was very clean). We will definitely go again.

Brad's main floor condo was the perfect location to spend some time in the Canmore area. The main floor condo allowed for quick excursions out the patio door with our dog. If you enjoy getting out and walking you can get to many destinations right from Brad's place. Brad was super helpful with recommendations for some great hikes in the area. We look forward to coming back and spending more time in Canmore at Brad's place.

We had a very great time! The property was very clean and fit us all perfect. Really great kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils provided. It is a wide open concept from the kitchen, dining, and living room which was so nice! Having access to a balcony/deck was excellent as we had our dog with us. The views were so beautiful and the location was perfect distance from everywhere.
Nothing to do with the property itself but there were people who would walk by with their own animals and let them poop in the yards nearby and in front of the deck and not pick up their poop. We had to make sure our dog didn’t go around those poops left or take her somewhere else for a walk.

Positives were having the park pass and the location of the condo. Negative were coffee maker and microwave needs cleaning after each guest stay, dining chairs need to be dusted, couch in living area needs to be further away from floor heater, no instructions on using controls for tv, no DVD/CD player and guest bathroom toilet flapper leaks.

Great property for golf trip
Location is excellent, great to have the corner unit to go in and out through patio. Brad communicated thoroughly and the price was reasonable. Would definitely book again for another golf trip or with family.

Clean and good location but stuffy with only one working fan. Difficult to sleep because the room was quite warm.

Overall great location and amenities with a few minor flaws. BBQ was dirty on arrival, gate latch not lined up to close easily and broken window lock in bedroom. Check in delayed because we were told we could not get the unit a little earlier unless it was cleared by our host , who we would need to make contact with prior to keys being given to us.

Great location with all amenities including shampoo conditioner laundry supplies and extra cooking seasonings.
It was clean family friendly with games and easy access to the pool.
All that was needed was AC it got hot on the hotter days.

Property is situated nicely . Pet friendly . Ample room . Made use of the BBQ. Close to all amenities . Hallway air conditioning was full blast but room didn't really cool down . Supplied fans and portable air con helped .

The property was as described. Brad was a great communicator. The area the condo is in is very busy and there was a lot of parties that lasted until the early morning that prevented us from sleeping. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Place to stay!
Check in was simple, everything was easy to find, the condo was clean. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Having the back door street access was a plus, I parked right in front of the patio making loading and unloading a breeze and there was a little grassy area along the sidewalk to take my pups out before bed.
