Spacious unit with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. -Gated access walk-up condo located on the 2nd floor -Unit has around 1100 sq. ft consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths -Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a queen-size bed -Second bedroom with a full-size bed -Third bedroom with two twin size beds -Fully equipped kitchen -Laundry room -A/C and WiFi throughout the unit -Facilities include a swimming pool, double parking, generator, and water reserve. -Balcony with partial ocean view Swimming Pool Parking I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. You will enjoy doing: -Surfing -Paddleboarding -Horseback Riding -Scuba diving -Sail charters -Snorkeling -Farmer's Market every Sunday -Artwalk every Thursday Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Extra toiletries are not supplied. Totally wonderful, exactly what and where we needed to enjoy the best surf rincon could offer. Perfect location set a bit outside of diwntown in own Sandy Beach community with walkable restaurants, bars, cafe, coffee, Rincon Surf School is your next door neighbor. Downtown Rincon minutes away by car!

This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Terrace and planning a 3rd. Location is great particularly if you like to surf. Great bar (Big Kahuna) is across the street with food and music. The hood is quite and away from the crowded downtown Rincon but just a 5 minute ride over the hill. Host answered all questions timely.

The condo was spacious, the host responded to us immediately, that was a big plus. My air conditioner went out, but was replaced on the third day. I switched rooms with one of my cousins who does not require AC. The shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower head was firing hard from three directions and the in between water was soft. It would have been nice to have a steady stream. The shampoo caddy was rusty and there is no window covering for that window. The laundry room door knob was broken and someone can easily get cut, if not careful opening the door. The condo seems to be in need of an upgrade. There are no extra throws for the living room. Although, the owners were attentive to us, and we appreciate it, the condo could use a little refreshing.

Loved the place. It was walking distance from Sandy beach. Was clean. Good instructions on how to access the property on first day.
The one small issue we had, was the washer and dryer didn’t work. We were going to wash all our clothes on the last day and couldn’t get the washer to work and the dryer didn’t have heat. When we called them, they said, they would send someone the next day, which wouldn’t have worked since we were checking out and needed our clothes by then.

Easy to find - good response from Jennifer - the pool was well enjoyed by all and the condo was very adequate. Easy walk to Casa Islena and Tamboo.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. The price was very reasonable and yet had MUCH to offer. The house is very comfortable. The bedrooms were set up nicely with a third room with 2 twin beds. The location was ideal for Sandy Beach and the pool was enjoyable to cool off in. We hope to be back soon.

Near beaches shops and restaurants. Noisey area due to local bar. House is pretty sound proof. Party area had a party in unit above us into the morning but Jennifer took care of it and we had no more problems after that. Would suggest a car for getting to groceries and sights.

Perfect place to overnight with basic needs. This property was clean, safe, near locations we wanted to go. The neighborhood bar was really loud on wkds but if we didn't care for the music we just closed everything up and turned on the AC. The on suite definitely needs a curtain and the kitchen could have used some extra hand towels and wash rags. We needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels also. We would have loved a couple of beach chairs.
Check In process went smooth after we requested the info right before arriving. Would have felt better if instructions had arrived a couple days earlier since we were arriving on a holiday.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Check in and out were smooth. We loved the location and the pool and the ease of parking. Would definitely visit again!

Celebrating Friendship
We are a group of friends who get together once a year to celebrate our 30yr+ friendship. This year we decided to return to Puerto Rico, and stay in the west coast. The property was clean and in general well equipped. Since we like to cook, we found the kitchen needs to be more equipped (i. e baking pans, storage containers). Also, need to discard some cups that are chipped. Tv was limited.
We enjoyed the beach, local food and the weather.

This is a great condo in a great location. Easy walk to a lot of things in the area. My teenage boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and it made a perfect home-base for our weeks' surfing adventures.

A Seemless Stay
I was extremely happy with my recent stay at this property. The check in / out process was crucial when dealing with our extremely early incoming and out going flights, it could not have been any easier.
The condo has a full kitchen and also a grill out by the pool for use - however we were just in town for a few nights and opted to hit all the local spots / watering holes. Tons of places in walking distance - including a “necessity” mart - you could probably get away without having a car if you really needed, however some wheels always help. Especially when trying to make it to Beach house, La sirena, or the art walk.
Definitely reccomend.

A welcomeling stay
I felt right at home here at Oceanview Terrace. It was obvious that they take care of this place and it had plenty of towels and kitchen things. All my questions were answered promptly beforehand and they checked in with me after to see if I needed anything. I would stay here again if I come back
