- lokalizacja, blisko dworca kolejowego (pociągów nie słychać), plaży, sklepów, restauracji itp.;
- fakt, że wiele rzeczy można załatwić poprzez recepcję hotelu (w tym odebranie kluczy) jest plusem (plus też za bardzo sympatyczną obsługę);
- były problemy z klimatyzacją, do końca nie działała idealnie, ale obsługa bardzo szybko zadziałała;
- sam apartament ma już swoje lata, sporo rzeczy wymaga już naprawy czy odświeżenia;
- parking dodatkowo płatny i w dodatku bardzo ciasny.

La posizione, centralissima e allo stesso tempo tranquilla, la dimensione e l'estetica dell'appartamento, nuovo e ben attrezzato addirittura con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, la comodità dei letti, l'ampiezza del bagno col doppio lavabo, il parcheggio interno.

The location was perfect
The host could have provided more than one large towel per guest. I also disliked that cars were parked right outside the appartment door sometimes blocking the way out.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Juan Les Pins and also 3 minutes from train station. WiFi was very good. Kitchen well equipped.
My room was street level and unless you want everyone to see inside your room you need to close the curtains (and live in the dark).
