I clean and well equipped apartment on the very edge of Davos, up a steep hill from the town, with plenty of walking from the door. It would normally be very quiet… Unfortunately there is currently a building site next door, which Katja had warned us about. There was some noise from it during the day, but not too bad, and the builders were very friendly. By the evening they had gone and the only remaining downside was the safety barriers around the site blocking the view from the balcony, but also acting as a useful windbreak!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber.
Katia Paulus war sehr bemüht und hat auch nachgefragt ob alles ok ist.
Sehr enge Küche und enges Badezimmer.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Tolle Aussicht. Für Wanderungen sehr gut gelegen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist von Vorteil.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
Das Treppenhaus könnte etwas besser beleuchtet sein.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne ruhige Lage am Hang mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge und den Ort Davos im Tal. Die gut ausgebaute Straße windet sich vom Ort Davos in Serpentinen nach oben. Ein Fußmarsch auf der gut begehbaren Straße vom Ort zur Ferienwohnung erfordert etwas Kondition. Ein PKW kann ggf. erforderlich sein. Das Appartment ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch Fondue-Set und eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist nicht für seh- und gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet, da vom Eingang des Hauses bis in das Ferienappartment mehrere dunkle und nur schwach beleuchtete Treppen-(stufen) zu begehen sind. In der Wohnung dominieren dunkle Farben, insbesondere rot und anthrazit.
