Very good

We liked that the kitchen was well set up. The set up of the house was great. Located in a great spot close to beach. Lots of hot water for showers. Everything we needed was there.

That it was winter and for a 5 night stay we didn’t have enough firewood. We had to buy more, which wasn’t really a problem. But if we had known we could have had a load of wood delivered cheaper than buying bags of wood from the local petrol station.

Amazing location. 2 mins walk to Hyams Very spacious house Great for families All things in Kitchen are clearly labelled so easy to find Clear communication and updates from property manager Lots of Kangaroo in backyard and neighbourhood to see Beach toys provided for kids

Lack of heating options. For a 4 bed house only 2 small heater were provided Only AC in the house had temperature range restricted to 23 not ideal for winter months Definetly not a winter house (lack of heating options in bedrooms)

Was lovely spacious house with clean linen and towels, plenty of space for everyone, perfect location.

Beautiful location, had some friendly kangaroos greet us in the morning. Close walk to Hyams beach. House has an outdoor shower with hot water for convincing after being at the beach you can shower off there first and not worry about getting sand inside. The host was lovely and very accommodating.

Only one split system air conditioner in lounge room, wasn’t enough for the whole house to cool as house is spilt levels.

peaceful, beautiful house minutes from hyams beach

beautiful house, lovely furniture, fully quipped kitchen with everything you need. lots of books and board games to keep busy. we really appreciated the late check out, it allowed us to enjoy more time in the lovely house. great communication with the owners and cleaners too. I recommend going for sunrise at the beach can’t fault this house

We could not get into the house for over an hour as the lockbox was severly jammed.

Nestled amongst the trees with the white sands of Hyam beach at the bottom of the hill

Short walk to everything in Hyams beach, backed onto bush so plenty of bird life and views from the balcony to the Bay.

small item couldn’t get the blue ray player to work, otherwise property completely lived up to expectations

While the house itself was a little dated, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed

Really enjoyed ourselves. It is a beautiful place and great house.

Walk to Hyams beach and cafe in minutes. Great house layout. Nice verandah with small bbq and another covered porch, plenty of seating. Hot outdoor shower. Really well equipped kitchen and stocked pantry with oil, Salt, sugar etc.

Dining Room table area is quite dim, only 1 hanging light. Had a big family of 9 ppl and they wouldn't accommodate the 1 extra person. Had to get permission for visitors coming over for lunches because the rules say only guests allowed on property.

Perfect for a family with kids.

Only a leisurely stroll down the road to Hyams Beach. Beautiful house with plenty of greenery in the backyard. Spacious and services were great (internet, entertainment, kitchen etc.).

I initially thought views of the ocean were better however the beautiful bush setting in the backyard made up for it.
