A great little holiday unit tucked up in the roof, with views of the harbour. Comfortable and cosy, it had everything we needed, including a washing machine. An easy walk to the harbour for cafes shops and restaurants and a steep climb back. We would happily stay again.

Super easy to collect keys from key safe. Welcome basket provided. Phone call received to tell us apartment was ready to check in early. Amazing sea view from the window. Walking distance to St Ives town and beaches (albeit very steep and lots of steps for a toddler!)
The load in/out was very stressful as this is on a steep hill with nowhere to park. Car parking space is quite far away from the apartment. Would have been nice if there was a fan provided as we were lucky enough to have great weather.

1. Your small toilet - so cramp.
2. Bedrooms are too small.
3. Too many stairs to climb & its so incovenient to bring up the luggages. NOT SUITABLE FOR ELDERLY..
4. NO BALCONY.
5. NO airconditioning provided..its so stuffy.
