Clean, neat and tidy. A lovely peaceful location. Sitting on the balcony watching the birds come and eat the fruit from the trees was very relaxing.
A lovely walk to the Hepburn Springs.
The agent left us a beautiful bottle of wine to enjoy, a lovely touch.
Everything was perfect. If I had to say something and be picky the shower recess was small and no dishwasher. Although that was a minor thing.

Communication was one thing I liked and the host appeared nice and friendly. We arrived late evening and it was nice to have the house lights on outside and inside . It felt welcoming.
The mattresses were not comfortable at all. The bedrooms were dusty including when opening the curtains and plenty of dust on the along the window . 1 bathroom and 1 toilet is not enough for a 3 bedrooms house when having 6 guests. Not enough seating in the lounge, a few more couches would have been nice . The bedrooms oil heaters were not enough to keep the bedrooms warm enough at night
