This peaceful getaway sleeps 6 and is equipped with 2 queen beds, a twin daybed with trundle, fully stocked kitchen, 2 full baths and more! The private master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen bed with a full bathroom. It also includes a screened in porch and sitting area that faces the lake with a perfect view of glistening waters and beautiful sunsets. Upstairs has a full kitchen with dining area, a living room, washer/dryer, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, a daybed with trundle and a full bath as well as a private balcony. This retreat is equipped with a coffee bar, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, washer and dryer. Quality bedding and linens are provided. Also for your convienance the property has a grill on the outside patio and perfect picnic space!! Professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. There is sea wall access and a private guest dock if you choose to bring or rent a boat during your stay. Please make sure to contact the owner if you would like to use this feature. Just steps from the house bask in the glow of the sunset, while enjoying a good ole fashioned picnic, s’mores under the stars or just relax in this quiet and quaint slough. This property is located in the Blue Creek area. It’s the heart of the lake with a wide range of activities at your access depending on your preferences. Upon your arrival we will provide you with a list of activities to help maximize your Lake Martin experience. Excellent restaurants such as...Chuck's Marina, StillWaters golf course, Oskars, Niffers, Lake Martin Pizza, Smokey’s and other places to eat are just a short drive away. At night enjoy a nice meal while listening to a weekend band at Coppers Grill or the Social. You may prefer a scenic 30 minutes drive to Kowaliga Bay restaurant with the beautiful Panoramic Water View.
