The hotel has great art in the room and on each floor. Location is fantastic. Beds were good.

Upon arriving the staff was friendly, I felt very secure and safe. The breakfast was delicious chilaquiles with eggs. You get a choice from menu. The decor and ambience was really cool, my friends also stayed in same hotel. We enjoyed the Rio Rita.
The lighting and no windows.

The staff was very friendly from front desk to the restaurant and bar attendant. The room was clean. Also the jacuzzi was perfect.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected it. And there was noises that you could hear from the rooms adjacent. But you could not hear the outside traffic, four public.

Location is amazing and they usually have great prices.
We went when it was raining and the room was humid. The entire building felt humid. There was ac and that helped , but when you leave your room you take your room key and come back it smelled a little bad. The bed sheets felt dirty. We've been to this hotel several times and this time is was disappointing. Maybe avoid it when it rains?
