The staff is definitely one of this hotel's greatest strengths. Everyone is incredibly nice, but if I had to highlight one person in particular, it would be Dina at reception.
The gardens are beautifully designed, making it very pleasant to walk around the hotel grounds.
There was nothing I didn't appreciate about the hotel. However, if I had to suggest two areas for improvement, they would be:
A mini disco for children would be a great addition, especially since there are already several shows scheduled throughout the week.
Extending the swimming pool opening hours, as it currently closes at 6 p.m.

Lovely modern one bed apartment. Very clean. Nice pools. Slides are hit with the kids. Good breakfast.

Its cleanliness
Small accommodation for only couples, th bathrooms in th bedroom area isnt great, small bathrooms in larger rooms

There is a big selection of food at the buffet style restaurant but the quality of the food was poor.
Kids were unattended, touching the actual food with their hands .
By the pool, there was no available sun beds by 10 am . People were reserving with their towels , then went back to their room or for breakfast.
